In order to further improve its surface performance, surface treatment methods such as sandblasting and acid etching are often used. This paper will study the properties of pure titanium surfaces treated by sandblasting and acid etching with different degrees of roughness.In this study, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) will be used to characterize the surface morphology, roughness, and structure of pure titanium treated by sandblasting and acid etching with different degrees of roughness. At the same time, contact angle tests and electrochemical property tests will be carried out to explore the surface wettability, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility performance.It is expected that the research results will provide a certain reference and guidance for improving the surface properties of pure titanium, and provide technical support for its application in medical and material fields.Keywords: Pure titanium; Surface roughening; Sandblasting; Acid etching; Surface performance
