The aim of this study is to isolate and identify the secondary metabolites of two special habitat actinomycetes, and explore their activity and medicinal value. Through preliminary screening, it was found that the fermentation broth of both actinomycetes had biological activity. Further substance separation and structural identification confirmed that one of the actinomycetes produced tetrahydroleft-handed ring pentanoyl hydrazine, and the other actinomycetes produced trimethyl ammonium bromide and 3-methylbutyric acid-1-methyl ester.
