This study aims to explore two methods of abdominal skin flap repair for repairing hand skin defects, including autologous abdominal wall skin flap repair and allogeneic abdominal wall skin flap repair.Autologous abdominal wall skin flap repair uses the patient's own abdominal wall tissue as a skin flap to repair hand skin defects. Four patients were selected for surgery, with three successful surgeries and one unsuccessful surgery. Although the therapeutic effect was satisfactory, attention should be paid to the prevention of postoperative complications.Allogeneic abdominal wall skin flap repair uses unrelated donor abdominal wall tissue as a skin flap.
