By reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad, the definition and classification of luxury consumption are clarified, and the characteristics and influencing factors of luxury consumption behavior are discussed from personal, social, and cultural perspectives.This study uses survey methods, combined with case analysis and statistical analysis, to conduct a comprehensive analysis of luxury consumption behavior among high-income consumers in urban China. The results show that Chinese luxury consumers' consumption behavior shows a clear trend of consumption upgrading and differentiation, and factors such as brand reputation, quality, and image have become the main factors that consumers consider when choosing luxury goods.This study has important reference value for related enterprises that carry out luxury business in the Chinese market, and also provides new perspectives and ideas for related research fields.Keywords: China, luxury goods, consumption behavior, influencing factors, trends
