For catering chain enterprises, how to effectively manage and control branch operations is a key to achieving large-scale, standardized production and improving enterprise efficiency. This article explores the successful management control mode and experience of Little Sheep Catering Chain Enterprise through in-depth research on its management control mode, and proposes management control mode suggestions, such as management rationalization, informatization, process, promotion, standardization and branding, to promote the better development of catering chain enterprises in market competition.Keywords: China's catering chain industry, management control mode, Little Sheep Catering Chain Enterprise, advisory management mode.
