中学竞技体育后备人才培养的现状及对策研究——以江西省N市为例中期报告

精品文档---下载后可任意编辑中学竞技体育后备人才培育的现状及对策讨论——以江西省 N 市为例中期报告【摘要】本文以江西省 N 市为讨论对象，探讨了中学竞技体育后备人才培育的现状。通过对市级以上优秀运动员来自中学体育教育的情况统计分析，发现 N 市中学竞技体育后备人才培育存在一定问题，包括教育教学质量不高、培育机制不够健全、学校资源配置不合理等。在此基础上，结合国内外先进经验，提出了一些解决问题的对策，包括加强老师队伍建设、完善体育专项基地建设、优化培育机制、加强与社会体育俱乐部合作等措施。本文希望为 N 市乃至全国中学竞技体育后备人才培育提供一些参考和借鉴。【关键词】中学竞技体育；后备人才培育；现状；对策【Abstract】This paper takes N city in Jiangxi province as the research object, discusses the current situation of cultivating middle school sports reserve talents. Through the statistical analysis of the status of city-level and above outstanding athletes from middle school sports education, it is found that there are certain problems in the cultivation of middle school sports reserve talents in N city, including low education and teaching quality, lack of sound cultivation mechanism, and unreasonable school resource allocation. Based on this, combined with advanced experience at home and abroad, some solutions are proposed, including strengthening the construction of teacher teams, improving the construction of sports special bases, optimizing cultivation mechanisms, and strengthening cooperation with social sports clubs. This paper hopes to provide some reference and reference for the cultivation of middle school sports reserve talents in N city and even the whole country.【Keywords】Middle School Sports; Reserve Talent Cultivation; Current Situation; Countermeasures
