However, in high-speed machining process, the cutting state often experiences severe fluctuations and instability, which has adverse effects on machining accuracy and surface quality of workpiece. Therefore, how to improve the cutting stability has become a very important and challenging research direction in the field of CNC machining and high-speed machining.This article analyzes the influence of spindle main factors on cutting stability from three aspects: spindle characteristics, machining parameters and cutting force. How to improve spindle machining rigidity, optimize cutting parameters, and improve cutting stability and machining efficiency are discussed from experimental verification and theoretical analysis.Keywords: spindle, cutting stability, experimental verification, theoretical analysis, machining efficiency.
