Therefore, the study on the preparation technology of aconitine intelligent water gel has practical significance.Objectives:The main objectives of this study are:1. To investigate the influence of different preparation conditions (such as crosslinking agents, crosslinking time, and concentration of aconitine) on the formation and properties of aconitine intelligent water gel.2. To optimize the preparation process of aconitine intelligent water gel.3. To evaluate the release behavior and stability of aconitine from the intelligent water gel.Methodology:1. Preparation of intelligent water gel: The aconitine intelligent water gel will be prepared by a chemical crosslinking method using sodium alginate and chitosan as the main materials. The concentration of crosslinking agents (such as glutaraldehyde), crosslinking time, and aconitine concentration will vary in different experiments.2. Characterization of intelligent water gel: The morphological characteristics of the intelligent water gel will be observed using a scanning electron microscope. Release behavior of aconitine: The release profile of aconitine from the intelligent water gel will be studied in vitro. The release kinetics will be analyzed using various mathematical models, and the effects of pH, temperature, and ionic strength will also be evaluated.Expected Results:The study on the preparation technology of aconitine intelligent water gel will provide valuable information for the development of a safe and effective drug delivery system for aconitine. The optimization of the preparation process and the in vitro release behavior of aconitine will provide a theoretical basis for the practical application of intelligent water gel in drug delivery.
