First, by collecting relevant data on human capital investment, a system dynamics model is established to reflect the complexity of human capital investment. The model includes factors such as R&D investment, employee turnover rate and employee compensation, which are used to depict the process of transformation and value-added of human capital. Then, numerical simulation technology is applied to predict and analyze the rate of return on human capital investment, and the rate of return on investment under different strategies is compared.
