本次设计主要是收音机后盖塑件的模具设计。首先分析塑件工艺结构,了解塑件的技术要求,测量塑件尺寸,绘制塑件图,选用 ABS 材料,设计出一模一腔的塑料模具。同时,详细叙述了设计过程如何分析塑件制品的结构、性能,确定成型方案,成型部分的设计,导向机构、浇注系统、顶出机构、排气、冷却系统等。 本套模具设计通过三维软件 Pro/E 对其造型,分析以及建模。使用 solidworks 进行组装,并详细介绍了一套塑料模具设计的全部过程。关键词: 型腔; 型芯; 塑料模具; 分型面; ABSABSTRACT This design is mainly the mold design of plastic parts of radio back cover.First of all, the craft structure of plastics parts should be analyzed and the technical requirements of plastic parts should be mastered. Next is measuring the sizes of those parts and drawing plastic parts diagram. The last one is the selection of ABS material, designing a model of a cavity and a plastic mold.At the same time, how to analyze the structure and function of plastic products and how to determine forming program during the design process are described in details in this thesis, including the design of forming part, guiding mechanism, pouring system, ejector mechanism, cooling system and so on.This set of mould is analyzed and modeled by three-dimensional software Pro / E . It is installed through the use of Solid Works.
