In this paper, the preparation and electrochemical properties of titanium metal microarc oxidation coating will be studied. Firstly, the principle and preparation methods of titanium metal microarc oxidation will be introduced, and the differences in composition and structure of titanium metal microarc oxidation coating under different preparation conditions will be compared. Then, the electrochemical properties of titanium metal microarc oxidation coating, such as resistivity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, conductivity and other characteristics, will be analyzed through electrochemical testing.
