精品文档---下载后可任意编辑阿司匹林对去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的影响的开题报告【摘要】讨论表明,长期使用阿司匹林能够降低骨质疏松症的发生率,但对于已经发生骨丢失的个体,阿司匹林的作用有限。本讨论旨在探讨阿司匹林对去卵巢大鼠骨丢失的影响。本实验选取 50 只 SD 大鼠随机分为阿司匹林组和对比组,对阿司匹林组每天给予阿司匹林药物,对比组给予等量生理盐水。分别在去卵巢后 1 周、2 周、3 周和 4 周时,对大鼠进行X 线骨密度测量、骨组织形态学观察和生物力学测试。结果表明,阿司匹林组在去卵巢后 4 周时,其骨密度、骨体积和骨强度均显著高于对比组。同时,阿司匹林组骨组织形态学也更为完整。因此,本讨论认为,阿司匹林能够显著抑制去卵巢大鼠骨丢失,并有望成为一种新的治疗骨质疏松症的药物。【关键词】阿司匹林;去卵巢大鼠;骨丢失;骨质疏松症【Abstract】Studies have shown that long-term use of aspirin can reduce the incidence of osteoporosis, but its effect is limited for individuals who already have bone loss. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aspirin on bone loss in ovariectomized rats. A total of 50 SD rats were randomly divided into aspirin group and control group. The aspirin group was given aspirin daily and the control group was given the same amount of saline. X-ray bone density measurement, bone histomorphology observation, and biomechanical testing were performed 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks after ovariectomy. The results showed that the bone density, bone volume, and bone strength in the aspirin group were significantly higher than those in the control group 4 weeks after ovariectomy. At the same time, the bone histomorphology in the aspirin group was more complete. Therefore, this study believes that aspirin can significantly inhibit bone loss in ovariectomized rats and may become a new drug for the treatment of osteoporosis.【Keywords】Aspirin; Ovariectomized rat; Bone loss; Osteoporosis
