Based on the systematic analysis of the detection mechanism and processing flow of the drilling mud pulse signal, this paper focuses on the research of sampling, filtering, demodulation and decoding technology of the drilling mud pulse signal. Firstly, through the analysis of pulse signals in different types of mud, sensors suitable for sampling of drilling mud pulse signals are selected, and the corresponding control circuit is designed. Secondly, a wavelet-based filtering algorithm is used to filter the noise and interference in the signal to ensure the sampling accuracy of the signal. At the same time, the corresponding demodulation and decoding algorithm is designed, so that the sampled drilling mud pulse signal can be converted into real reservoir information. Finally, the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed drilling mud pulse signal detection and processing technology are verified through experimental simulation.Keywords: drilling mud, pulse signal, sampling, filtering, demodulation, decoding.
