However, in prefabricated buildings, the production of exterior wall systems is still a traditional construction method. This study aims to explore the feasibility of prefabricated exterior wall systems and apply it to the Shanghai Yangpu project. This study includes three main research directions: feasibility study, engineering design, and engineering application. The feasibility study mainly explores the advantages and limitations of prefabricated exterior wall systems and establishes corresponding evaluation indicators. The engineering design phase includes the formulation of design concepts, engineering parameters, and building entity production plans.
