A complete sequence of cytochrome P450 gene was cloned from the cDNA of trapdoor spider by using PCR technique, and the sequence was analyzed by sequencing. The results showed that the length of the cytochrome P450 gene sequence was 1462bp and encoded for 488 amino acids. The sequence contained a start codon, 17 exons, and 16 introns.Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis were performed, which showed that the cytochrome P450 gene had high homology with the cytochrome P450 genes of other spider animals, and was closer to other spider animals of the same genus.In conclusion, this study provides a preliminary understanding of the cytochrome P450 gene in the trapdoor spider, and provides basic data for further exploration of the 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑biological characteristics and adaptability of the trapdoor spider.Keywords: Trapdoor spider, Cytochrome P450 gene, PCR, Sequence analysis, Phylogeny
