精品文档---下载后可任意编辑首乌方对帕金森病大鼠血液-纹状体左旋多巴药动学及神经递质的影响的开题报告【摘 要】本讨论旨在探究首乌对帕金森病大鼠血液-纹状体左旋多巴药动学及神经递质的影响,并从中寻找治疗帕金森病的可能途径。采纳Wistar 大鼠,随机分为对比组、模型组及首乌治疗组。首先,采纳右侧腹注注射 6-OHDA 法诱导帕金森病大鼠建立帕金森病动物模型;其次,通过各组大鼠的药代动力学实验,统计左旋多巴药动学参数并进行显著性分析,以探究首乌对帕金森病大鼠血液-纹状体左旋多巴药动学的影响;最后,通过免疫组化法测定各组大鼠脑组织中的含有神经递质的神经元数量并进行统计分析,以讨论首乌对大鼠神经递质的影响。【关键词】首乌;帕金森病;左旋多巴;药动学;神经递质。【Abstract】This study aims to explore the effects of Polygonum multiflorum on the pharmacokinetics of levodopa in blood-striatum and neurotransmitters in Parkinson’s disease rats, and to find possible ways to treat Parkinson’s disease. Wistar rats were randomly divided into a control group, a model group, and a Polygonum multiflorum treatment group. Firstly, Parkinson's disease rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 6-OHDA. Secondly, the pharmacokinetic parameters of levodopa were determined by each group of rats, and the significance analysis was conducted to explore the effect of Polygonum multiflorum on the pharmacokinetics of levodopa in blood-striatum of Parkinson's disease rats. Finally, the number of neurons containing neurotransmitters in brain tissue of each group of rats was determined by immunohistochemistry and statistically analyzed to study the effect of Polygonum multiflorum on neurotransmitters in rats.【Key words】Polygonum multiflorum; Parkinson's disease; levodopa; pharmacokinetics; neurotransmitter.
