The aim of this study is to screen suitable culture media for potato seedling growth and explore the effect of phosphorus nutrition on the growth and development of test tube potatoes. Different formulations of culture media were used to culture potato mini-tubers, and the most suitable medium was selected based on the growth of strong seedlings. The effects of different phosphorus supply levels on the growth, root morphology, and phosphorus absorption of test tube potatoes were measured to analyze the effect of phosphorus nutrition on the development of test tube potatoes.
