精品文档---下载后可任意编辑骨髓来源肝干细胞成瘤性的讨论的开题报告【摘要】 骨髓来源肝干细胞(BMHSCs)具有亲肝细胞的功能,因此在肝细胞损伤和再生过程中起着重要作用。然而,一些讨论表明 BMHSCs 的增殖和分化异常可能导致肝细胞癌的发生和进展。因此,本讨论旨在探究 BMHSCs 在肝癌发生和进展中的作用及机制。本讨论选取大鼠 BMHSCs 并构建小鼠的肝细胞癌模型,采纳光学显微镜、流式细胞术、免疫荧光染色及 Western blot 等方法讨论 BMHSCs 的增殖、分化及分子机制对肝癌发生和进展的影响。通过该讨论,我们期望能够深化了解 BMHSCs 在肝癌发生和进展中的作用及机制,为最终实现对肝癌的治疗提供新的思路和理论基础。【关键词】骨髓来源肝干细胞;肝癌;增殖;分化;分子机制。【Abstract】Bone marrow-derived hepatic stem cells (BMHSCs) have the function of hepatic progenitor cells, playing an important role in liver cell injury and regeneration. However, some studies have shown that abnormal proliferation and differentiation of BMHSCs may lead to the occurrence and development of liver cancer. Therefore, this study aims to explore the role and mechanism of BMHSCs in the occurrence and development of liver cancer.In this study, we selected rat BMHSCs and constructed a mouse liver cancer model. Optical microscopy, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence staining, and Western blot were used to study the effects of BMHSCs proliferation, differentiation, and molecular mechanisms on the occurrence and development of liver cancer.Through this study, we hope to deepen our understanding of the role and mechanism of BMHSCs in the occurrence and development of liver cancer, providing new ideas and theoretical basis for the eventual treatment of liver cancer.【Keywords】Bone marrow-derived hepatic stem cells; Liver cancer; Proliferation; Differentiation; Molecular mechanism.
