精品文档---下载后可任意编辑髌内侧滑膜皱襞对应软骨损伤 T2-mapping 技术初步应用的开题报告【摘要】讨论目的:探讨 T2-mapping 技术在髌内侧滑膜皱襞对应软骨损伤的临床诊断价值。讨论方法:收集 2024 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月期间广州市第一人民医院骨科门诊诊治的髌内侧滑膜皱襞对应软骨损伤 46 例患者的影像学资料,分别采纳传统 MRI 和 T2-mapping 技术进行影像学分析,并结合临床症状进行对比和分析。讨论结果:T2-mapping 技术相较于传统 MRI 能够更为清楚地显示髌内侧滑膜皱襞对应软骨的 T2 值,准确评估软骨病变程度并能够帮助推断治疗方案及预后。但也存在诊断假阳性和假阴性的问题。讨论结论:T2-mapping 技术是一种有潜力的髌内侧滑膜皱襞对应软骨损伤的辅助诊断方法,但需要进一步完善技术及验证其准确性和可靠性。【关键词】T2-mapping;髌内侧滑膜皱襞;软骨损伤;临床诊断。【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical diagnostic value of T2-mapping technology in the corresponding cartilage injury of patellar medial retinaculum fold.Methods: The imaging data of 46 patients with patellar medial retinaculum fold corresponding cartilage injury treated in the Department of Orthopedics, the First People's Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2024 to December 2024 were collected. The imaging analyses were performed by traditional MRI and T2-mapping technology, and were compared and analyzed with the clinical symptoms.Results: T2-mapping technology can demonstrate T2 values of cartilage more clearly than traditional MRI, accurately evaluate the degree of cartilage lesions, and help to judge treatment plans and prognosis.
