Therefore, polyimide resin is widely used in high-performance electronic fields such as printed circuit boards (PCBs). With the continuous development and upgrading of electronic product manufacturing processes, the requirements for polyimide resin are also increasing. This study aims to synthesize and modify a high-performance polyimide resin matrix to meet the requirements of high-performance electronic products for PCBs.In this study, the optimal synthesis scheme of polyimide resin matrix will be selected through exploring different synthesis schemes. In response to the problems in the synthesis process of polyimide resin, the structure of the resin will be modified to improve its comprehensive performance. At the same time, the synthesized resin will be tested and analyzed to evaluate its performance indicators such as mechanical properties, chemical stability and heat resistance.This study will be conducted in the laboratory, and the best synthesis and modification scheme for the polyimide resin matrix will be determined through data collection and analysis, providing high-performance, low-cost, stable and reliable resin matrix materials for PCB manufacturing.Keywords: polyimide resin; printed circuit board; synthesis; modification; performance control
