In this study, the effect of high temperature and high pressure treatment on the magneto-electrical properties of ZnO-based rare magnetic semiconductor materials was investigated. The samples before and after treatment were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and other testing methods, and the magneto-electric and thermal stability properties were measured. The results show that the high temperature and high pressure treatment can effectively improve the magneto-electric properties and thermal stability of ZnO-based rare magnetic semiconductor materials, providing a theoretical and experimental basis for further application.Keywords: ZnO-based rare magnetic semiconductor materials; high temperature and high pressure treatment; magneto-electrical properties; thermal stability
