****UniverYunnanUniversityofFinanceandEconomicsMEMORANDUMOFUNDERSTANDINGBETWEEN****UNIVERSITYANDYUNNANUNIVERSITYOFFINANCEANDECONOMICS（Sample）Inordertoenhancetheeducationalcapabilitiesofeachoftheaboveinstitutions,itisproposedthatcollaborationsandexchangesbeinitiatedinfieldsofcommonexpertiseaLOGOndinterest.TheprogramstobeinitiatedthroughthisMOUwillbebasedonaspiritofcooperation,reciprocity,andofmutualbenefittobothparties.1. Bothinstitutionsagreetopursueacademiccollaborationinvariousareasofeducation,researchandextension.2. Bothinstitutionswillmakegood-faithandenthusiasticefforttopromoteprogramcollaboration,exchangeoffaculty,scholarsandstudents,aswellaseducationalresearchandextensionmaterialsappropriatetotheareasofcollaboration.3. Studentsexchangeprogramwillinclude(1)Non-degreeProgramShort-termexchangeprogramwillbeconductedandthehostinstitutionhasnoresponsibilitytoawarddegreetoexchangestudents.Theprogramtargetsatundergraduatesorpostgraduatesofbothinstitutions.However,suchtermsastofieldofstudy,duration,andnumberofexchangestudentswillbespecifiedindetailedagreements.(2)DegreeProgramBothinstitutionswilldevelopalong-termexchangeprogramleadingtodualdegreeofbothinstitutions.Undergraduatesandpostgraduatesofbothinstitutionsareeligibleforapplying.****大***Detailedtermsregardingtuitionwaive,fieldofstudy,durationandnumberofexchangestudentwillbespecifiedindetailedagreement.4. ThisMOUonlyexpressestheintentionofcooperation.Ithasnolegaleffectonbothparties.6.
