The goose SCD1 gene is a key gene involved in the regulation of lipid metabolism. The aim of this study was to clone the full-length cDNA sequence of the goose SCD1 gene, explore the expression of this gene in different tissues, and investigate the effect of different fatty acid compositions on the expression of the goose SCD1 gene, so as to study the molecular mechanism of goose fat metabolism and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality and production efficiency of goose meat.【Keywords】Goose; SCD1 gene; full-length cDNA cloning; tissue expression; fatty acid feeding.
