As an important part of hot forging technology, hot forging dies are often in harsh working environments such as high temperatures and high pressures, and serious wear and tear seriously affect production efficiency and product quality. Therefore, analyzing the wear and working conditions of gear shaft hot forging dies is of great significance for improving the service life and production efficiency of the dies.Based on the gear shaft hot forging die as the research object, this paper analyzes the working environment and stress conditions of the die during use, explores the form and mechanism of die wear, and introduces some common wear prevention measures.
