精品文档---下载后可任意编辑增强创新能力，应对“入世〞挑战参加“WTO〞与电力土建技术开展Enhancement of Innovative Capability, Facing the Challenges after the WTO Entry----- Entering into WTO and the development of civil technology in power industry-----张珩生 马 申 翟荣民(国电华北电力设计院工程，北京 100011)摘 要：明确提出参加 WTO 以后，国内电力基建企业迎来的机遇和挑战，电力设计和施工企业在专业技术上面临的新情况。总结电力工程的主厂房结构体系、冷却水塔、动力烟囱、汽轮发电机根底和地基处理等工程技术进展，分析比照与国外跨国公司之间的技术优势和差距。从增强企业核心竞争力出发，讨论各项专有技术可以学习模仿、跟进革新和独立创新的课题，展示电力土建技术可讨论创新的宽阔空间。关键词：标准 创新 结构 专利 技术壁垒Abstract: This article clearly indicates the chances and challenges in the power industry faced by the domestic capital construction enterprises, and describes the new situations of professional technologies in power design and for construction enterprises. On the basis of the summarizations of the power engineering technological progresses in main plant structure system, cooling water tower, stack, steam turbine generator foundation and foundation treatment, the article analyzes and compares the advantages and gaps between domestic and transnational companies, discusses the topics on imitation, follow-up innovation and independent breakthrough of various know-how technologies from the viewpoint of enhancement of key competitiveness, and shows the vast areas for research and innovation on power civil technologies.Key words: standard; innovation; structure; patent; technical barrier我国参加“WTO〞组织，全方位，多层次，多领域对外开放的格局正在形成，电力土建企业的技术开展也不例外。国内有规模的电力设计院和电力建设公司正在发扬团队精神，思考电力土建专业技术开展和参加“WTO〞以后面临的新情况，讨论我们电力土建行业如何稳固和开展现有...
