内蒙古科技大学本科生设计说明书题 目 ： 宝 山 地 区 原 料 条 件 下2200M3高炉高炉煤气净化系统设计学生姓名：周乐伟学 号：0977145126专 业：稀土工程班 级：稀土 09-1 班指导老师：侯贵平 讨论员宝山地区原料条件下 2200M3高炉煤气净化系统设计摘要 高炉煤气净化系统是高炉的重要组成局部。本设计对炼铁工艺和高炉炉型进行了详细的计算，并对煤气除尘设备和除尘系统的平面布置进行了设计。其中设备主要包括重力除尘器和布袋除尘器。本设计采纳的是先进的干法布袋除尘器技术，详细阐述了布袋除尘器的分类、结构设计、清灰装置设计、温度控制装置设计、灰斗和卸灰装置的设计及 TRT 的选择。关键词：高炉煤气：净化：布袋除尘器Baoshan material conditions of 2200M3 blast furnace gas purification systemAbstractBlast furnace gas purification system is an important component Of furnace. The design for the blast furnace ironmaking process and carried out detailed calculations, gas and dust removal equipment and layout of the system was designed.
