摘 要随着产业结构的调整,我国成为全球制造中心的趋势将越来越明显,但作为一个“劳动密集型〞为主的国家,我国人均劳动生产率和产品合格率与国外相比存在着较大的差距。本文正是在这种背景下,结合系统工程、根底工业工程、人因工程、运筹学等学科的理论和方法展开讨论的。本文以天津耀华机械厂生产系统为讨论对象,首先,利用系统工程的的方法对生产系统中生产效率、作业环境、本钱、产品质量、平安多个目标进行分析,根据分析结果建立影响生产系统效率因素的结构模型图。其次,对影响生产系统因素运用层次分析法,对各因素进行排序,找出主要问题因素。最后,运用工业工程和人因工程学中的方法〔如方法讨论〕对生产系统进行改善,得出改善结果,并进行改善后的评价,得到一个最优、满意、高效的生产系统。关键词:生产系统;多目标;系统工程;层次分析法;方法讨论AbstractWith the adjustment of industrial structure, China has become the world's manufacturing center of the trend will become increasingly evident, but as a "labor-intensive" based country, China's per capita labor productivity and product qualification rate compared with other countries there are large gap.
