三菱 Q-PLC 在污水处理系统中的应用秦娜娜，赵晨，陈丽，刘膑升(东北大学，信息科学与工程学院）摘要：随着经济的快速增长，工业化程度的不断提高，人类的生产生活对于水的需求也在不断的加剧。在资源危机愈演愈烈的今日，如何能够更有效地节约水资源、如何能够更高效的回收利用水资源也就理所当然的成为了人们不断探讨的话题.而在这项世界范围内的讨论中,对于污水的回收处理和二次利用毋庸置疑的成为了公认的既简单而又行之有效的方法之一。本参赛项目正是基于污水的回收处理这一热点话题，应用三菱 Q 系列 PLC等设备，专门针对橡胶厂在生产过程中产生的碱性工业废水进行净化、中和以及生化氧化等处理,使其最终达到“中水"的排放标准。经过处理的污水完全可以被工厂再次使用,或是被安全的排放到河流中而不会造成污染。关键字：Q 系列 PLC,CC—Link;以太网卡;变频器；污水处理；人机界面AbstractWith the rapid economic growth and the constant improvement of the industrialization， the requirement of the water is becoming more intensified. In a resource crisis period， sewage recycling is the key to conserve water resources more effectively, and utilize water resources more efficiently。Based on this topic， the project aims at sewage recycling, using the Mitsubishi Q series of PLC， etc, especially for the alkaline industrial waste water produced by the rubber factory. By neutralization and biochemical oxidation processing, the system will purify the water, making it up to the emission standard.
