毕业设计(论文）题 目：中小企业融资问题讨论系 别:经济管理学院专 业:财务管理班 级：学生姓名：学 号：指导老师:摘要随着经济体制改革的深化，我国中小企业的进展问题引起人们越来越多的讨论和关注，一方面,中小企业的进展己经成为支撑我国经济持续增长的强大动力，甚至成为我国社会稳定的重要基础；另一方面，中小企业的进一步进展正陷入越来越严重的困境,特别是融资难的问题已经成为束缚中小企业进展的最大障碍。本文首先对中小企业作了界定,分析了中小企业的进展现状.接着本文对中小企业融资难的现状及表现形式作了阐述，在第三章中对中小企业融资难的原因及对策作了详细的分析，最后提出了三个提高中小企业融资能力的创新思路：（一)新银企关系的建立（二）努力提高市场地位：竞争战略的调整（三)集团化战略。通过分析讨论中小企业融资难的深层原因，采纳对应的策略。最后本文认为，为加强中小企业的融资能力，中小企业不能再走原来“等、靠、要"的老路子，应该主动出击,根据市场规律，实现经营思想的转变，进行战略的调整，进而提高中小企业的融资能力。关键词：中小企业;融资；对策;原因AbstractWith the deepening of the economic system is developing， the problem of Chinese MSES finance has aroused more and more discussion and great concern ， on the one hand ， the development of MSES has become motive force of national economic sustainable growth ， even has become important foundation of society steady； on the other hand， the further development of MSES is more and more in embarrass， especially the problem of financing has become the most impediment to prevent small firm growth。 Firstly， this paper defines what MSES are and analyzes current development of MSE and then gives full explanation on the current situation and the forms of performance of financial difficulties。 In chapter3 we make a comprehensive analysis of the reasons and countermeasures for medium and small—sized enterprises’ difficulty of absorbing capital 。 Finally, the paper proposes some creative strategies of how t...
