论文摘要 本人根据自己 2024 年 3 月至 4 月这一个月以来在深圳市中天装饰工程有限公司的实习和学习经历，写出本文。主要讲述本人在这实习期间,所负责的关于时代城三期项目30、31 栋楼室内装精修现场管理的内容。这个过程包括了木工、油漆、水电、吊顶、地砖等现场施工管理所碰到的一些问题及解决方案。在现场管理技术问题的同时还要跟甲方以及监理单位根据施工工艺来沟通协调好一起解决这些问题，使工程进度和质量都能达到标准，即是对于以前在校所学专业知识的系统应用和再制造，也丰富了自身的阅历。【关键词】：精装修 管理 工艺流程 解决方案Abstract I according to their March 2024 to April this month since the Shenzhen Zhongtian Decoration Engineering Co. internships and learning experiences to write this article.
