机电工程综合管线优化中 BIM 技术的应用许华春庄国强中国建筑股份有限公司厦门分公司 361006【摘要】在现代建筑的机电工程项目中,管道综合性要求越来越高,一般涉及给排水、消防、通风、空调、电气、智能化等多个专业,直接关系到整个工程的质量、工期、投资和预期效果,因此必须进行管线深化设计.如今,随着 BIIM 即建筑信息模型的进展和成熟,以三维数字技术为基础,对建筑物管道设备模型的仿真建立,将管线设备的二维图纸进行集成和可视化,在施工前期可以进行管线碰撞检查,优化原有图纸设计,提高图纸阅读效率,减少在建筑施工阶段可避开的损失和返工的概率,更加方便进行技术交底,从而达到管线综合优化布置的目的。【关键字】机电工程;BIM 技术;综合管线优化A Brief Introduction to the Specific Application of BIM Technology in the Comprehensive Optimization of Electromechanical EngineeringPipelinesAbstract: In modernelectromechanical engineering projects, comprehensive requirements for pipelines aregetting higher, generally involving water supply and drainage , fire control, ventilation , air conditioning, electric, intellectualization and so on, which is directly related to the whole project quality, project duration, investment and the desired effect, so detailed design for pipelines must be conducted 。 Nowadays , with the development and maturity of BIM , namely , Building Information Model, on the basis of 3D digital technology, pipeline equipment models of buildings can be simulated, and the pipeline equipments which are drawn in 2D technology would be integrated and visualized.
