圣达中国公司物流成本管理摘要近年来，中国的物流业已经蓬勃发展，现代物流的观念和理论也使得企业的经营活动更为高效，如何运用物流成本管理来指导实践，降低企业物流成本，提高企业竞争力就变得尤为重要。本文选取圣达中国日用保健公司内部物流成本为对象，从阐述物流成本的概入手，接着分析了圣达中国公司物流管理的现状，指出当前企业物流成本管理中存在的问题，提出物流成本管理应考虑的方面。具体从物流成本的目标控制、物流成本的全面预算这两方面进行了物流成本优化的分析，从而为企业降低物流成本提供了一定的依据，也为企业今后的发展提供了有效保证关键词：物流成本、物流成本管理1Logistics Cost Management of Nuskin China ABSTRACT These years , Logistics industry has been booming allover China.
