圣达中国公司物流成本管理摘要近年来，中国的物流业已经蓬勃发展，现代物流的观念和理论也使得企业的经营活动更为高效，如何运用物流成本管理来指导实践，降低企业物流成本，提高企业竞争力就变得尤为重要。本文选取圣达中国日用保健公司内部物流成本为对象，从阐述物流成本的概入手，接着分析了圣达中国公司物流管理的现状，指出当前企业物流成本管理中存在的问题，提出物流成本管理应考虑的方面。具体从物流成本的目标控制、物流成本的全面预算这两方面进行了物流成本优化的分析，从而为企业降低物流成本提供了一定的依据，也为企业今后的发展提供了有效保证关键词：物流成本、物流成本管理1Logistics Cost Management of Nuskin China ABSTRACT These years , Logistics industry has been booming allover China. The logistics cost concept is introduced and Nuskin internal logistics cost management status is analyzed .Then the main issue of logistics cost management is pointed out.
