当代大学生就业的经济学研究—以陕西省大学生为例摘 要社会在发展，科学在进步，教育也在不断革新，在教育已经面向大众普遍实施的时代背景下，高校毕业生人数比率逐渐攀升，大学生就业问题受到社会各界的关注。本文首先结合对有关数据的分析，找出大学生就业出现供求矛盾、结构性失业问题和大学生就业期望过高等问题。其次，通过供求关系理论、市场分割理论和人力资本理论等相关理论分析方法，从经济学角度探析大学生就业难的缘由，最后提出了缓和大学生就业困境的建议。关键词：大学生；就业；结构性失业；经济学研究AbstractWith the development of society, the progress of science and the continuous reform of education, it has been under the background of the universal implementation of education,Ratio of the number of college graduates is gradually rise, the employment problem of college students is concerned by all circles of the society.In this paper, through the analysis of the data, find out the students' employment expectations and reality, professional structural unemployment and regional structural unemployment, the employment of college students have problems such as the contradiction between supply and demand.
