当代大学生体育健身观念研究分析摘 要 社会在飞速地发展,人们在繁忙的生活中,所面临的各方面的压力越来越大,想要有一个美好的明天,健康的体魄是最根本的。长时间的处于负面情绪和压力之中,其身心的健康必然受到影响。大学生即将步入社会,其身体上的健康及心理上的健康格外重要。所以,对于当代大学生来说,参与一些体育健身活动,这显然必不可少。本文研究过程中主要运用了问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等常用的研究方法。结合了当代大学生的体育运动具体参加情况和其对体育健身的认知程度,对当代大学生体育健身的观念做简单的研究与分析,旨在使当代大学生树立起较为正确的体育健身观。从而增强体质,化解不良的负面情绪,成为一个身心健康,知识水平相当的当代优秀大学生。关键词 大学生;体育健身;健康;体育运动Research on The Concept of Contemporary College Students' Physical Fitness0Abstract Social development is rapid, people in the busy life, to cope with increasing pressure, we want to have a better future, health is the most fundamental.
