I课题名称基于 PLC 的仓库堆垛机控制系统设计摘要摘 要:随着社会飞速发展,电子商务交易下,货物的流通量日益增长,使得人工对货物的控制也显得效率不高,劳动强度大;本文以 Siemens S7-200 系列PLC 为控制器,结合上位机组态软件 Wincc,设计、模拟了自动仓库货物控制系统上位机与 PLC 的系统的数据交换采用 OPC Scout 协议技术;系统大概工作过程为货物经检录入仓后,经机器人取货放入主传送带,主传送带一侧的传感器对货物进行分析检测,传感器信号传达至 PLC,PLC 输出相应命令驱动气动执行机构,进行货物的控制,货物被拣入缓存仓后经机器人取货至出仓,或者分发到立体仓库经堆垛机进行货物的储存;系统体现了现代自动化技术,运行稳定的同时更易于操作员的监控。关键词:PLC 控制系统 自动化IIABSTRACTABSTRACT:With the rapid development of society, under the e-commerce transaction, the circulation of goods is increasing, making the control of the goods too inefficient and labor intensive; this article uses the Siemens S7-200 series PLC as the controller, combined with the upper unit Wincc software, designed and simulated the automatic warehouse cargo control system, the data exchange between the host computer and the PLC system adopts the OPC Scout protocol technology; the system probably works as follows: after the goods are checked into the warehouse, the robot picks up the goods and puts them into the main conveyor belt.
