电子商务物流模式选择研究摘 要随着信息化程度的不断提高，信息技术产业的规模也在日趋扩大，一种新型的商业模式—电子商务出现并成为主流。我国电子商务的规模在现阶段较世界水平虽然还比较狭小，但其发展空间和潜力是十分巨大的，在现发展阶段，各方面都大大小小有些问题待解决，其中物流问题最为关键。电商企业在进行物流决策时，要从多方面根据不同的情况作出判断，物流模式的选择应首先考虑。本文在国内外研究基础上，以全球的电商行业的发展情况为背景展开，通过客诚品案例的研究，探讨了目前几种物流模式的优劣，运用 AHP 层次分析法选择出最优物流模式。通过本研究希望为电商企业在进行物流选择时提供理论依据及决策支撑，从而降低电商企业的物流成本，提高物流效率。【关键词】电子商务，物流模式，凡客诚品， AHPResearch On The Choice Of Logistics Mode Of E-commerceAbstractWith the continuous improvement of information technology, the information technology industry scale in the same proportion, the emergence of electronic commerce represents a new business model, the new model of reform and innovation management need management method, when this management method successfully, e-commerce may become the mainstream in the future.
