从恒大企业的跨界经营分析全国跨界的原因【摘要】我国房地产企业在政策和市场格局的影响下，开始找寻多元化的发展方式，以期打破现有行业桎梏，扩大产业规模，实现弯道超车。本文以恒大集团为切入点，深入分析了目前国内房地产企业跨界经营的现状和背景，分别从资源基础、政策调整、规避风险、企业文化和市场势力五个方面入手，探讨了恒大集团跨界经营的原因，然后对恒大集团的产业选择进行阐述，主要包括旅游产业、体育产业、文化产业、快速消费品产业和金融产业。最后，以恒大集团的实际收益为依据进行结果分析，表明恒大的多元化经营模式收效良好。最后，依据恒大实例为我国房地产企业的转型提供建议。关键词：恒大地产，多元化经营，产业选择，经济后果【Abstract】Under the influence of policies and market structure, real estate companies in China began to look for diversified development methods to break the existing industry barriers, expand industry scale, and realize overtaking. Taking the Hengda Group as the entry point, the dissertation analyzes in depth the current status and background of the cross-border operation of domestic real estate companies, starting with the five aspects of resource base, policy adjustment, risk aversion, corporate culture and market power, and discusses the Hengda Group. The reasons for cross-border operations are followed by an explanation of the industry selection of the Evergrande Group, which includes the tourism industry, the sports industry, the cultural industry, the FMCG industry, and the financial industry. Finally, the result analysis based on the actual income of the Evergrande Group shows that Hengda’s diversified business model has achieved good results.
