大学生就业歧视问题研究摘 要：当今社会，就业歧视成为全社会所共同关注的话题，尤其是关于大学生的就业歧视问题。此文针对目前大学生遭遇就业歧视问题，以大学生的思想，大学生经济利益，大学生受教育的体制为主线，探究根本原有，进行相关分析。然后重点阐释了完善的立法举措来解决我国的存在的突出就业歧视问题，提意相对应的政策研究，并期望做出些实际效果来改善就业歧视。关键词 ：歧视 大学生就业 完善的立法Study on the problems of college students employment discriminationAbstract : in today's society, employment discrimination has become the common concern of the whole society topic, especially the problem of employment discrimination on College students.
