北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文桩基础施工技术研究摘 要随着我国城市化进程的加快,土地的利用率也逐渐上升,土地资源变得更加稀缺,高层建筑日益增多。桩基础作为高层建筑的根基,科学的施工是保障建筑稳固的根本。已有的研究发现,不同的项目不同的地质状况,其基础施工技术不同。本研究就基于桩基础施工技术的相关理论知识,以不同的案例出现的问题去分析如何优化桩基础施工技术,从而减少施工的安全隐患,保障施工质量。本文首先阐述桩基础和桩基础施工技术相关理论,其次阐述了桩基础施工前的准备工作以及施工技术难点,以现阶段最普遍使用的旋挖灌注桩施工技术为例,通过在不同地质下施工中出现的普遍问题并如何解决进行研究分析,最后从工程项目生命周期角度去提出合理的优化措施,为后续桩基础的施工提供参考与借鉴。关键词:高层建筑 桩基础 施工技术 旋挖灌注桩 生命周期I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the acceleration of urbanization in China, the utilization rate of land is also increasing, land resources become more scarce, and high-rise buildings are increasing. As the foundation of high-rise building, scientific construction is the fundamental to ensure the stability of the building. It has been found that different projects have different geological conditions and different foundation construction technologies. Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of pile foundation construction technology, this study analyzes how to optimize the pile foundation construction technology with the problems in different cases, so as to reduce the construction safety risks and ensure the construction quality.
