中山市专业社会工作现状调查研究摘要 在社会工作发展初期，作为一种服务性的行业，社会工作机构主要帮助在社会上生活得最边缘，最困难的人，给予他们最低的生活保障，是抱着人道主义的精神为他们提供帮助的，同时也可以增加人们对社会的认同感。随着社会的不断发展，给予帮助的范围不断的扩展加大，社工工作所涵盖的范围越来越广，包括一些就业失业的服务，医疗心理辅导业务，企业的社会工作等等，社会是人的活动，以人为本才是幸福的社会,而社会工作经常表现为多样性，多重性，复杂性地开展着，展示着人类的巨大潜能，丰富着人类美好生活。职业社会工作专注于问题的解决和变化。同时也靠着工作者专业的洞察力提前预防危机以及缩小危机发生所造成的损害。社会工作者们的任务就是要维护好人类群体生活应遵守的规律，并促成社会向好的方向发展、个人成长、家庭与社区生活的进步。社会工作是一个融合价值观、理论与实践的多维系统。本文着手调研中山专业社会工作的现状，并提出建设性想法，以探索出能促进社会工作发展的一条本土化道路。关键词：专业社会工作；现状；中山市 页码不对Zhongshan Professional Social Work IISurvey ResearchAbstractThe social activities of people is people-oriented is the well-being society, and the social work is often shown as diversity, multiplicity, complexity to launch, composed of about one billion people as is a big machine, show a vast display of human potential, enrich the human happy life .Occupational social work is focused on problem solving and change.
