摘 要当今时代，互联网技术飞速发展，传统的货币金融活动已经无法完全满足人们的需求，因此产生了虚拟货币。虚拟货币自产生以来，就引起了金融界以及学术界的密切关注，但它仍处于发展的早期阶段。从虚拟货币流通秩序的角度出发，本文首先对虚拟货币进行了概述。以比特币为例，它简要介绍了比特币的发展过程及其风险。分析了比特币在交易和流通中存在的问题，对货币流通秩序的影响，和它对我国经济造成的影响。最后，提出了虚拟货币流通问题中应采取的措施和建议，以此来促进互联网金融的发展更加健康。关键词：虚拟货币；货币流通；互联网服务；网络交易AbstractWith the rapid development of Internet technology, traditional monetary and financial activities can not fully meet people's needs, so virtual money has been produced. Since the emergence of virtual money, it has attracted close attention from the financial and academic circles, but it is still in the early stage of development. From the point of view of virtual money circulation order, this paper first gives an overview of virtual money. Taking Bitcoin as an example, it briefly introduces the development process and risks of Bitcoin. The problems existing in Bitcoin's trading and circulation are analyzed,its influence on the order of currency circulation, and its impact on China's economy.
