I物联网技术在冷链物流建设中的应用研究内容摘要据中国食品工业协会统计显示,我国自 2010 年以来,每年由于食品的运输、储存等环节操作不规范,至少造成价值数百亿美元的食品损失。这也暴露出我国一方面经济持续飞速发展而带来的食品供给富裕甚至出现浪费,另一方面冷链物流的发展不够成熟,无法满足消费者对高质量食品的需求。冷链物流运作可以保证食品在流通过程中,降低损失率和保证食品质量,从而消除因为食品变质腐败等原因对消费者生命健康安全问题的潜在风险。单单在冷链物流行业加以整改发展是不够的,目前发达国家已经将物联网技术应用于冷链物流之中,冷链产品质量和物流效率都显著提高,我国想要在冷链物流行业上有延伸发展,就要借助先进的物联网技术。本文以对冷链物流中的食品冷链物流进行研究,初步分析了我国的冷链物流发展情况,并在目前冷链物流发展的基础上,探讨物联网的相关关键技术和在冷链物流中的实际应用问题。关键词:冷链物流;物联网;应用优势;关键技术IIResearch on Application of Internet of Things Technology in Cold Chain Logistics ConstructionAbstractAccording to statistics from the China Food Industry Association, since 2010, China has at least tens of billions of dollars worth of food losses due to irregular operations in food transportation and storage every year.
