新生代员工组织承诺与离职倾向影响研究摘 要:随着互联网信息时代的迅猛发展,新生代员工高离职率是现代组织管理者关注的热点问题。企业面临着人才流失导致企业雇主品牌受损,成本增加的严峻挑战,新生代员工具有独立自主性和创造性。组织承诺是预测员工离职倾向的一个重要指标,因此提高新生代员工的组织承诺,有效降低员工离职率是本研究的重要目的。本文通过问卷调查,将新生代员工作为研究对象,运用差异性分析和相关性分析方法,研究新生代员工组织承诺与离职倾向之间存在的联系,得出结论:(1)新生代员工组织承诺与离职倾向呈显著负相关 。(2)人口统计学变量对组织承诺每个维度和离职倾向存在差异性。最后根据得出的结论对提高新生代员工组织承诺,降低离职率,提出相关建议。 关键词:新生代员工;组织承诺;离职倾向IThe Relationship between Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention of New Generation EmployeesAbstract: With the rapid development of the internet information age, the high turnover rate of the new generation of employees is a hot issue of modern organization managers.
