大班过渡环节教师指导的研究摘要 过渡环节,存在于幼儿园一日活动中一个环节与接下来一个环节之间的衔接,是幼儿园中普遍容易被忽视的一个环节。我国目前大多数幼儿园教师对过渡环节的重视程度普遍不高,活动与活动之间的衔接总是存在些许问题如散漫、混乱,严重影响着一日常规的教育意义的发挥,使幼儿的生活质量逐渐下降。本研究以教师指导作为切入点,运用观察法、案例分析法和访谈法,选取宿迁市 F 幼儿园五个大班共 15 位教师为研究对象,分析了大班过渡环节教师指导的要求、现状及存在问题,在此基础上提出可行性建议包括制定弹性计划,灵活组织过渡环节树立正确的教育观念及提高指导能力。关键词 过渡环节 教师指导 幼儿园一日活动第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 22 页Study on the Guidance of Teachers in the Transition of the Top Glass in the KindergartenAbstract The transition link ,which exists between one part and the next part of children’s one day activities.,is a link that is universally ignored in the kindergarten. Nowadays, a large proportion of kindergarten teachers pay little attention to the transition link and There are always some problems in the connection between activities, such as random and disorder ,which impede the play of the education of the daily routine and thus gradually degrade the quality of children’s one-day life. Taking teacher’s guidance as the starting point, this study use observation ,case analysis and interview methods and choose 15 teachers from 5 classes in the senior of F kindergarten of SUQIAN city as the object of this research.
