第 I 页 共 IV 页I 摘 要随着机器人技术的进步,服务机器人越来越多地走进人们的生活,其中,娱乐桌面机器人成为发展的热点。当前,娱乐桌面机器人功能广泛,但是仍存在自身动力设计不足和动作交互不足的结构性问题,影响了消费者的感官体验。针对上述问题,本文对娱乐桌面机器人的功能进行分析,对机器人的典型结构做出了改进设计,提高了自身的适应性。本文将娱乐桌面机器人分为了头部结构、手臂结构和行走结构三部分。在头部结构中,采用齿轮传动的动力设计,将机器人头部的旋转角度扩展至 360°,以便后期的选择多种角度旋转。手臂结构采用了曲柄摇杆机构,用电机带动曲柄实现摇杆按照一定角度摆动,进而实现机器人手臂的上下摇摆,使机器人的人机动作交互更为广泛。在行走机构上,采用了三个全向轮沿圆周均布的方法,通过该方式,机器人可以实现全方位的自由移动,增加了机器人的运动空间。在设计过程中,对齿轮传动、曲柄摇杆机构、齿轮轴进行了重点设计,并对传动方式进行了验证和校核。最后利用 SolidWorks 和 CAD 等绘图软件完成了三维和二维模型的构建。关键词:娱乐桌面机器人;头部结构;曲柄摇杆;全向轮;三维软件第 II 页 共 IV 页II AbstractWith the advancement of robot technology, service robots are increasingly entering people's lives.
