I题目：论网约车行政法规制中存在的问题与对策研究【摘要】：伴随我国互联网科技越发成熟，我国互联网移动技术越发完善，延伸出新的交通出行方式，即网约车。网约车的出现改变了原本人们的出行方式，通过平台对网约车进行监管和运营管理，让网约车为消费者提供服务，以实现网约车产业发展。对于网约车而言，其在我国发展时间有限，同时，我国目前针对网约车的相关法律法规，特别是行政法规不健全，对网约车的车辆规模、驾驶员资质、运营服务标准都没有非常明确地统一规定，引发公众对网约车的质疑。而近些年因滴滴公司监管不当导致的多起恶性网约车故意杀人事件，也让公众对网约车的法律法规健全有了更加明确的要求。本文研究中就将针对我国网约车行政法规目前存在的问题和不足之处入手，结合相关文献对网约车行政法规完善给出建议，希望对网约车发展和我国相关法律法规健全提供合理化建议。 【关键词】网约车 行政法规制 问题 对策Abstract: With the maturity of Internet technology in China, Internet mobile technology in China is becoming more and more perfect, which extends to a new mode of transportation, i.e. network booking. The emergence of online car booking has changed the original way of travel, through the platform to monitor and manage the online car, so that online car booking can provide services for consumers, in order to achieve the development of online car industry.
