I摘 要随着学习主体的多样化,小学生学习动机激发的影响因素不仅局限于学校教师及学生本身,家长对孩子学业成就的影响也越来越大。经过大量文献研究发现小学生学习动机激发策略的出发点基本都是从教师、学校、学习者自身等三方面进行研究并提出相应的激发策略,而忽略了家长的作用。本研究在前人研究的基础上,通过问卷调查发现,家长对于小学生学习动机的激发具有深远影响,尤其是家长的学历和职业、家长多与教师沟通交流以及经常关心鼓励孩子学习对于激发小学生学习动机的效果更佳。但大部分家长都认为教师和小学生是影响小学生学习动机激发的主体,忽视了自己存在的作用。因此,本研究提出家长加强主动与教师沟通并积极参与孩子学习、及时了解孩子学习情况的基础下,强化责任意识。创设“学习型家庭”,鼓励表扬为主,发扬家庭民主,以此来激发和培养学生的学习动机。关键词:家长参与;学习动机AbstractWith the diversification of learning subjects, the influencing factors of primary IIschool students 'motivation for learning are not limited to school teachers and students themselves. Parents' influence on children's academic achievement is also increasing.According to a large number of literature studies, it found that the beginning of pupils’ learning motivation strategy is basically from teachers、schools、themselves and other three aspects of studies and put forward the relevant motivation strategy, but the strategy ignores the role of parents.
