I太仓市青少年游泳俱乐部精英赛设计摘 要游泳运动近年深受青少年喜爱，各类赛事层出不穷。本设计以太仓市青少年游泳俱乐部精英赛为设计对象，涉及赛事申办、赛事组织、赛事运营等一系列问题。本研究对相关赛事组织推广具有积极意义，同时对游泳项目发展，乃至促进全民健身运动也具有一定价值。【关键词】 太仓市；青少年；游泳俱乐部精英赛；组织设计； IIElite design of Taicang youth swimming clubAbstractsSwimming has been popular among young people in recent years, and all kinds of competitions are endless.
