I摘 要为了改进和克服传统气动发动机的大型往复开关阀振动和进气角,本文介绍了一种用于发动机的旋转阀阀分配机构,提出了一种简单的阀门分配机构。双旋转阀气门机构采用两个旋转阀,旋转阀体是安装在气缸盖中的管状旋转体。旋转阀入口和排出通道沿阀体的轴向布置,旋转阀入口和排出口在阀体的外周上开口。旋转阀的入口和排出口,依次将旋转阀内部的进气口以及相应的排气通道,和现有的燃烧室之间进行良好衔接。与此同时,将发动机内部的进气门及其相应的排气门预先打开并且滞后在上死点和下死点处关闭的角度称为气门相位角。进气和排气的相位角具有各自的特性,功能和最佳值。前者对气体交换损失影响最大,后者对进气量影响最大。从发动机的发明到现在,我们对于发动机的更细交替以及创新的研究从没有停止过。因为精确地计算和模拟,数值模拟方法可以大量减少的人力和物力资源,和受到很多很多的关注。通过改变发动机的气门正时来优化不同发动机转速的气门正时;研究了不同气门正时对发动机功率,扭矩,通气效率和有效燃油消耗率的影响。在确保不同气门重叠角度和升力的前提下,优化发动机排气提前角和进气后角,通过优化确定最佳气门相角。关键词:发动机, 双旋转气阀, 配气相位, 相位角度优化IAbstractIn order to improve and overcome the problems of large vibration and intake angle of reciprocating open and close valves used in traditional pneumatic engines, this paper introduces the rotary valve mechanism used in engines, and presents a simple rotary valve mechanism.
