摘 要绩效管理已经成为国内外企业培育竞争优势、获取核心竞争力的战略性举措,但在企业管理实践中,尤其是在国有企业管理实践过程中还存在不少问题,严重制约了企业绩效管理水平,削弱了企业的战略执行能力。本文通过为河南 ZY 机械制造公司设计新的绩效管理体系来展现企业战略执行的轨迹。主要内容如下:第一,分析 ZY 机械制造公司内外部环境及现行的绩效管理体制,指出设计新的绩效管理体系的必要性和迫切性。第二,介绍平衡计分卡和关键绩效指标这两个概念。第三,在明确部门和岗位职责的基础上将企业级的目标和指标层层分解,建立部门和岗位的关键绩效指标和标准。第四,通过员工绩效计划建立,绩效计划实施,绩效结果评估和绩效反馈和改进四个过程实现部门和企业目标,并不断提升和循环,从而完成企业远景战略。本文所使用的工具包括平衡计分卡,关键绩效指标法,目标分解矩阵、鱼骨图法、工作产出图、各种量表以及绩效和薪酬关联矩阵等,这些工具都有力的支持了 ZY 机械制造公司的绩效管理体系的建设。【关键词】 企业战略 绩效管理 平衡计分卡 关键绩效指标AbstractMost business enterprises have own strategy ,but only 10%can carry out theirstrategy.The key problem is that the method of the performance and the means of thesupervisions after strategic establishment are absent in most companies .It is best way of performance management according to the strategic to resolve the problem.The first chapter of the thesis introduces the position and importance of perform- ance management in business management .
